Skroud Consulting is becoming iNOMEE

Dear Business Partners, Clients, and Friends,

We have some exciting news to share with you! Our company is changing its name to iNOMEE.

Rest assured that our values, level of service, and friendly approach will remain the same. Our previous name has served us well, but we feel that it no longer represents who we are. iNOMEE reflects our identity perfectly and symbolises "I know me," a sentiment that resonates with us and all our clients.

Why are we changing our name?

When Jan decided to leave his corporate job in 2019 and become a sole trader, he never imagined how Covid-19 would affect his original idea of working in the hospitality and travel industry. However, his business evolved into Skroud Consulting with a team of four associates. Everything DiSC certification and psychometric testing became the cornerstone of their services and by 2023, Skroud Consulting experienced exponential growth and expanded their offerings to both B2B and B2C clients. With a larger team, the company's name no longer suited its current direction. As a result, we decided to rebrand as iNOMEE.

Why did we choose this new name?

We believe that the key to achieving cultural change or project success is for people to understand themselves first before they can understand others. This mutual understanding leads to greater efficiency, productivity, and business goals are achieved faster. Our clients often experience an "AHA" moment, where they realise "I know me!" This realisation is the inspiration behind our new name, iNOMEE.

Is anything else changing?

Our commitment to delivering high-quality services to our clients remains unchanged. We strive for positive change and innovation, which is the core of our business. We are thrilled to introduce our new design and exciting features on both our B2B and B2C website. Keep an eye out for all the news and updates we have in store.
