Our Programmes

  • Overview: This foundational workshop helps organisations understand and foster LGBTQIA+ inclusivity in the workplace. It covers the significance of inclusive terminology, creating a safe and welcoming environment, and practical steps to support LGBTQIA+ employees in feeling valued and included.

    Key Outcomes: Understanding gender identities and sexual orientations, building inclusive language, fostering a culture of acceptance, and addressing unconscious bias

  • Overview: Drawing on Matej's experience of founding numerous LGBTQIA+ ERGs, this training equips participants with the skills to create and lead effective LGBTQIA+ employee groups that contribute to corporate diversity goals and employee well-being.

    Key Outcomes: Structuring ERGs, securing leadership support, organising impactful activities, and measuring success.

  • Overview: This interactive training provides allies with the tools and confidence to advocate for LGBTQIA+ colleagues, helping to build a culture of active support and engagement at all levels of the organisation.

    Key Outcomes: Understanding the role of allies, overcoming challenges, practical allyship actions, and creating sustained impact within teams.

  • Overview: Focused on understanding cultural differences and challenges for LGBTQIA+ individuals across borders, this training is ideal for organisations with global teams or expatriate staff. Matej, with his personal experience of moving from Eastern Europe to London, emphasises the importance of understanding local LGBTQIA+ laws and social dynamics.

    Key Outcomes: Understanding global LGBTQIA+ legal frameworks, supporting expatriate staff, creating globally inclusive policies, and developing cross-cultural sensitivity.

Hi, I am Matej, Your DE&I Trainer

I am a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion within the LGBTQIA+ community. Before launching my advisory services, I contributed to creating safer and more inclusive spaces in both my corporate career and local community. Key achievements include founding Employee Resource Groups at BAT, co-signing equality charters, fundraising for LGBTQIA+ causes, and building communities across the UK, Europe, and globally.

When I founded iNOMEE with my husband, it was clear that LGBTQIA+ support would be a central pillar of our work.

Our DEI trainings are based on lived experience, backed by years of local and international expertise. I proudly collaborate with a diverse network of queer voices, bringing personal stories and perspectives to each session.
